The Drow empire of L'barra Rei Vla'rinnyn was started by the drow Lord Gorhun Morchiant. It was the most widely known and active group of drow on the surface and followed the deity of Vhearun, a god of theivary and deceit who favored males just as much as females.
After ruling for a long period of time, Lord Morchiant dissapeared and one of his veteran members, a Half elf by the name of Mairsil, seized control of the Empire.
