So
Who Am I ?.....
I will begin with the one thing I get asked most often, "Where did you get the name, Dreamwalker?" It is
probably not as mystic as it sounds.... or maybe it is.!! I have an animal totem spirit guide that is a wolf.
During a very hard time in my life, we met in a dream. We were walking in the woods at the time. Therefore,
dream - walker. It was the first step of a healing process for me. A lesson of spirituality. And the beginning
of an amazing journey. The wolf's name is Running Water. This story of my journey has been published. So,
grab a copy of Brad Steiger's "Totems". You can read about my experience as well as others. This book has a
lot of general information from Spirit journeys to Dream teachings. It's a book full of valuable and interesting
information. Of course, I highly recommend it.
I enjoy a variety of things, but I will tell you briefly only a few of them. After all, we have only just met.!! :)
One of my first loves is of course, Native American cultures. I do have a heritage of Native American, but
alas, there is no one left alive to pin point the tribe. We do have it narrowed down, but I would really love
to know which tribe it is for certain. I've always been drawn to this wonderful and stimulating culture.
There is so much to learn. I do believe the root of my spiritual awareness stems from believing in the old
teachings.
I love music. Most any music. Music is a wonderful way of expressing yourself, reliving memories and creating
new ones. For your inner self, it is the most soothing uplifting experience, opening the door to many realms.
I just couldn't imagine not having music in my life. Could you?
And reading, food for the soul. Never a truer statement. Words are thoughts and thoughts are a moment of
wisdom.
We only have to reach out and grasp it. I read anything from Stephen King to Deepak Chopra. There are many
journey's out there, with authors sharing their words, their inner thoughts and knowledge with us.
Nature. That is the essence of "ME". I love to hug a tree. Revel in a stolen glimpse of one of the woodland
critters that allow me a moment of their life. A smile forms as I listen and watch our winged wonders in the
sky with such gracefulness and melodic song. As I sit and truly "listen" to the wonders of nature, there is
a peacefulness that wraps me in complete contentment.
One of the most important part of my life is my Angels and Guides. They have shown me the true meaning of
"unconditional" love. The richness of my life is
immeasurable because of them. My FAMILY here on earth has supported me and contributed in my growth in all
areas.
I LOVE THEM VERY MUCH.
A very important part of my life are my animals. I have 2 dogs now that let me share their lives. I have
recently lost my little Oscar. They hold a large part of my heart. They mean so very much to me. Their love
is so endearing, another unconditional love story. My Pets page has my little friends there. Stop by and
share their stories. I love and respect all animals, in a very intense way. I have always felt a part of them.
There was a major change in my life a few years ago. What I thought was going to be the end turned out to be
the beginning. I moved to another state, prepared to start over "alone", had already resigned myself to this
concept. But that isn't what happened at all! I met the "love of my life" ~PURETXN~. I am amazed at the love this man has given me. He has made me
the happiest woman alive and continues to bring sunshine in my life moment by moment. I never knew love could
be so complete. There is a link to this page for a more
in-depth look at this wonderful part of my life.
I have accepted the challenge of being a voice for all animals. It took me a while to get my focus point, as
I played around with different areas of concern. Then recently I found myself becoming more involved in the
issues of these animals. I know now that I must be their voice, for they don't speak with our words. Many
humans have taken the total disrespect and lack of concern as a common place in this day and time. But I had
to ask myself "why?", and just "who?" does this human race think they are to assume such disregard. So, this
is my soap box, my concern, to try and educate the public to the other alternatives. My desire? My dream?
Well, if only to establish in a small way a bridge that would lead to connecting the human race with the
animal kingdom again. We do need these animals for the balance of this planet earth. To restore this so the
scales of justice are in balance once again. Just a dream? No, not only a dream, because where hope lives
there is always a chance for it to become a reality. After all, my name is Dreamwalker. And I plan to take
this dream and walk with it for as long as this earthly body is able to do so. Anyone can join me in this
dream. Visit my page on "Stop the Abuse" and follow me on this journey.
I hope you will visit my other pages. I think you will find them interesting.
Thanks for stopping by. Please come again. You are always welcome here.
