| Our goal is to help others understand and enjoy this beautiful breed. Dedicated to our dogs, we treat them just like one of the family - because they are! All of our 4 legged fur kids are treated with love and attention from the time they are whelped . Our last litter was born in 2004 - Magyk's litter due 7-22-09 is on it's way and the excitement of 'puppy breath' a reality once more. With a commitment to creating quality companions, we strive to lovingly produce quality puppies that will bring a lifetime of happiness to their new families. Through education, ongoing support and an open line of communication - we'll help you decide if a sheltie is the right breed for you. We show our adults - occasionally- in UKC and/or International shows which allow the Color Headed White to compete on an even basis with other shelties. We proudly breed quality bloodlines and research pedigrees, lineage and health concerns to do our best to create healthy companions. For the long term health of puppies placed as companion animals we require spaying /neutering We are also always happy to assist you should your life change and you are no longer able to keep or properly care for your furkid. Our contract requires NONE of our dogs ever be remanded to any shelter, pound or rescue... we will assist in re-homing to insure they are, happy and loved. All prospective owners can expect a lot of questions before being allowed to take one of our babies home...... a dog is for LIFE - and we do our best to match YOU with the puppy which will fit into your lifestyle, family, schedule, hobbies and activities. |
| Please take some time to explore the sheltie links. When adding ANY pet to your family it is important to under-stand the characteristics of the breed. The Color Headed White Shetland Sheepdog (WFxWF breeding not to be confused with double merle) is physically normal and sound in every way. This beautiful coloration played an important part as the breed was established and is accepted for showing without penalty in both the United Kennel Club (UKC) and International Kennel Club. We trust the AKC will shift to an intelligent viewpoint soon. |
