It is my philosophy that pain does not take time off, it does not take vacations, therefore, my patients or new patients in pain may receive quality chiropractic care at our offices anytime, day, night, even Saturday,and Sunday. Help is as close to you as the end of your finger and telephone.
 

Prospective patients may receive an initial consultation and a brief spinal screening evaluation, at no charge,so they may have a stress free introduction to Dr. Brown.  This consultation also allows both doctor and patient to determine if chiropractic may help their problem and is for them.  Patients having routine care are by scheduled appointment.  Reason:  Your time is important, my other patient's time is important, you deserve my undivided attention, and I reserve special time for you.
 

Insurance

Most all major insurance companies provide chiropractic services for their policyholders.  Our insurance department works with our patients to help them through the many complexities of the multiple policy types.  We will file insurance to the primary carrier as a service for our patients.  It is our policy to await payment only from those insurance companies that have shown willingness and promptness in settlement of our patient's claims.  Patients having those companies that have shown belligerence, reluctance, or difficulty in settlement of their claims must await reimbursement from their company.  However, in any case, the insurance department will file to the primary insurance carrier.
