Taking a small stroll out of your office, out onto the street, and out into the park... you find yourself suddenly surrounded by a thick.. sparkling? forest. The trees are as tall as those in the Great Red Forest, and the animal sounds are different, yet strangely similar. You figure that you aren't in the City any more... and have no idea how you could have gotten out of it!!

As you begin to panic, and start to run back along the path you followed, you hear something like a jiant bird flapping it's wings right behind you. Knowing your fantasy creatures, your mind starts to put a shape to that giant bird like thing. Vicious red eyes, huge bat wings.. larger than a house!! Teeth as long as your arm, sharp as a sword, and dripping poisonious fluids like a rabid dog drips foam. A forked tongue, for surely it could only be of serpentine stock, and a tail with spikes at the end larger than your leg! Claws.. oh yes.. It must have claws!!! Afraid that your imagination just might have shown you exactly what was just about to drop down out of the sky and rip you limb from limb, you glance over your shoulder in fear and see.........

A Butterfly?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Oh... a... very BIG Butterfly! What in the world could create such a huge insect?! But as it gets closer you see only four legs that look very catlike, a broad, horselike head, and a tail... with a barbed point on the end. Well... you were right about one thing, at least.

Not sure what to do next, you stop running, and face that Uhm... Butterfly thing. Waiting for it to get close enough to land, you begin to study it.

"Greetings, human." The.. Butterfly... says to you as it lands. "What brings you to the DragonRose Mountains?" The voice seems to reverberate through-out your head. You had no idea that butterfly things could talk?! Then again.. you had no idea that there were such CREATURES as this Butterfly thing! You stare at the Butterfly creature as if you had just seen your dead Mother-In-Law come back from the grave, and do a jig on some Very Important Person's head.

"Ahh.. the silent type. That's ok. So am I." The butterfly creature says. "Well.. either way. My name is Siraband, and I am a Rainbow Butterfly Dragon. I'm the..."
"You're a WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!?" You yell. Siraband rolls his eyes, and snorts a small bit of steam out of his nose. "I am a dragon." he responds. "Now may I continue??" You go numb with disbelief.. but you shake your head, more than happy to cooperate none-the-less. "I am the guard for the DragonRose Adoptions Entrance today. If you follow this path straight up into the mountains, you will find the Agency. That's where I was born." Siraband beams with pride with this last comment. "Now.. if you will please excuse me.. I have the perimeter to attand to. Good luck... and don't cause any trouble... or we'll feed you to the fire Dragons." Siraband then raises his huge fore-body, and stretches his wings out fully. He then takes a HUGE jump into the air with his back legs, and sweeps his wings in and out until he has enough altitude to glide on the wind. You watch this display until the Dragon is out of sight, and then decide on whether you would like to check out this Adoption Agency. Who knows.. maybe they have some kittens to adopt?
