Hi, my name is Craig Duffy, and I am a programming guru.
I have worked with computers since I was 8 years old, and have just completed an intensive programming diploma course (with honours) at The Institute for Computer Studies. This site was designed to demonstrate some of the skills I have learned. You will find source code for some of the basic projects that I have completed. You may also view my full online resume. This site was not designed to demonstrate my creativity (obviously) or HTML skills, it was just made to be functional. Look below for a website that I designed for a class project.
C++
This is a C++ project that we did for a class assignment. It is a basic program that can keep track of employees and manipulate their statistics. The driver covers almost every combination of string manipulation and object creation.

Visual Basic
This is a fully functional contact management software application. It uses an Access database and can schedule events.

Oracle/SQL
The full project included a Visual Basic front-end connecting to an Oracle database. It is an online branch banking system. I have only included the SQL code here.

Perl/CGI
The program shown here is a very simple online bookstore. It has a shopping cart and uses cookies and an Access database. I could not set up the website due to server restrictions. So here is the source code.
Java
For this project, we developed an application for purchasing products. Its major components are Product Maintenance, Customer Maintenance, Purchasing, and an Access database. I am only demonstrating the Product Maintenance here. (Still under construction)
