Bill is myself within the universe of the comic. We are not an Author in any usual sense of the word. While he is me and me is he, we do not have any major fate controlling powers or direct control over what happens in the comic. We designed and built ourself, exactly how this can be done will be explained later. Bill, along with Roll, also appears in the intro comic.

Roll is Mega Man and Proto Man's sister and Dr. Light's personal housekeeper. Recently she has been upgraded to have an Aether Drive system which will allow her to aid in the fight against Charwoman. The third robot built by Dr. Light, she is also the only female. She appears along with Bill in the intro comics.

Blues was the first of the Dr. Light robots created, and the only one programmed by Dr. Wily. Perhaps this explains his much higher intelligence then his brother Mega Man. According to Bob and George, and it will hold true here as well, Proto Man was originally designed to be a butler. He went off in his own, and now simply helps around the house and during fights when he's needed. Arguably the coolest character in the Mega Man universe.

Originally created to replace Proto Man, Rock was changed to a crime-fighting robot when Dr. Wily began taking over the world. Dumb as a box of rocks, he's best friends with Bass, which isn't surprising because of their comparable intelligence. Rock was programmed completely by Dr. Light, who did happen to be drunk at the time.

Bass was created by Dr. Wily to be an answer to Mega Man. While Bass has never quite defeated Mega Man, Mega Man has never quite defeated Bass either. Like Mega Man, Bass has an intelligence that makes SpongeBob(tm) look like a rocket scientist. Despite frequently fighting each other, Mega Man and Bass remain close friends.

Wily needed a house keeper, and so he created Chris. Chris's design allows him to enter a "scrubbing bubble" mode, easily allowing him to clean the skull fortress. His one disadvantage is that he was built with no hands, a fact which has been pointed out to Wily numerous times. Chris is friends with Bill, Roll, and Proto Man.

Dr. Light is the world's leading robot designer. Designing robots for many applications, he is quite famous. Proto Man, Bill, and Roll are the only people to have seen his private files and survived. He is currently working with Dr. Wily to combat the threat of Charwoman. He has become an extreme alcoholic and pervert within the last year, along with showing some cruety. This is a far cry from the kindly (but still drunken) Dr. Light of old. But is this the real Dr. Light, or is something else going on...

Tutored by Dr. Light, Wily is an excellent robot designer and programmer. His area of expertise, however, is in holographics, and despite his repeated attempts to conquer the world, he is extremely widely respected for his breakthroughs in imaging. Wily Holographics are used the world over for variouos applications. Unlike Light, he does not drink. While he's not fond of Mega Man, he is friendly to Roll, Blues, and Bill, and has even remained on good terms with Dr. Light. Wily designed Bill's armor, which is built to work with the mechano-neural interface Bill has.

Charwoman is the leading expert on robotic weapon systems. A martial artist and a very, VERY outspoken feminist, she terrorizes Dr. Wily periodically just to watch him panic. Currently she is ammassing a force of female robot masters to conquer the world. Will she succeed where Wily fails? We shall see...

Death is exactly what his name suggests, Thanatos, the Angel of Death. He is the (usually) merciful taker of souls. Death happens because he exists, so he doesn't have to go collect everyone who dies. His main job is to collect those people who absolutely refuse to die (can everyone say SEYMOUR GUADO!!). Death likes Bill, who is his drinking buddy. This of course means that Death drinks and Bill takes him home, since Bill's underage anyway. As a friend, Death grants Bill the benefit of not staying dead, a gift that is very useful when you hang around with people who can just have a new body constructed for them.
