Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 c  Flour
  2. 3/4 c  Sugar
  3. 1/4 c  Hershey's Cocoa
  4. 2 ts Baking powder
  5. 1 ts Bakins soda
  6. 1/2 ts Salt
  7. 2/3 c  Vanilla lowfat yogurt
  8. 2/3 c  Skim milk
  9. 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
  10. Powdered sugar (Optional)
  1. 100 calories;
  2. 2 gr. protein;
  3. 22 gr. carbohydrates;
  4. 1 gr. fat; 
  5. 0 mg cholesterol; 
  6. 200 mg sodium;
  7. 45 mg  calcium.

 

 

 
How to Prepare:
  Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Line muffin cups with paper cups, or spray pans. 
  In a medium bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking
  soda & salt.  Stir in yogurt, milk & vanilla just until combined. Do not
  beat.  Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. 
  Bake 15-20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  Cool slightly in pan on wire rack.  Remove from pans. Sprinkle powdered
  sugar over tops of muffins, if desired. 
  Serve warm.  Store, covered, at room temperature or freeze in airtight
  container for longer storage.
