Hahahahaha. How could I resist dressing as uber-cute Bubbles?? Although- I don't have blond hair, and that ruins the effect. Buttercup might have suited me better but I didn't want to cut my hair at the time.
I had to buy the little blue dress. This costume was a bit of an excuse to buy the maryjane shoes, but I love them anyway. All I did was make a black belt.
