Fun Facts:

Theo's full name, Theodore, happens to be the male version of my name, Dorothy, and has the same meaning.  This was purely a coincidence, as he was already named when I adopted him.  Theodore means "a gift from God" and I do believe he is!  I nicknamed him "Theo"dorable.

Theo is a  loveable, sweet Chinese Crested Powder Puff who is a puppymill rescue. He is about two years old and weighs 8 lbs..  He has completely stolen my heart!

Chinese Crested Powder Puffs do not shed, and therefore are considered "hypoallergenic."

More about Theo:

I found Theo when I  surfed the Internet looking for rescue groups so I could adopt a dog.  I stumbled upon the Puppymill Rescue web site, and fell in love with Theo.  I have since joined the group and have become very active in the fight against puppymills.

Theo now has four brothers and sisters, as I have three other Chinese Cresteds, and a Yorkie.  They all get along famously!

What can you do to help put an end to puppymills? Never buy a dog from a pet shop! Adopt a dog from a local shelter, or find a reputable breeder if you must buy a dog.
