About the Project
This project is an ongoing effort to develop ideas and concepts for the future of logistics and the military. There is much information on the web proposing future concepts for combat but few address the growing challenges of supporting these forces in action.
The driving concept behind Dominant Logistics is to develop a logistical concept that employs a wide variety of technologies and capabilities to maximize our ability to support forces abroad. Whether by land, sea, or air, this concept is intended to provide deployed forces with whatever support they require, regardless of where they are or what activity they are engaged in.
The author is a veteran of the U.S. Army and Reserves with eight years of experience working logistics. I also spent four years as a professional mechanic in the civilian world.
