Do It Yourself Alcohol Injection
Looks pretty "stock" under there doesnt it? Well, it is, but its not. After driving my grey T-type for over 2 years as a daily driver, the car really started to feel slow. I got tired of running 14psi and pump gas all the time and trying to tune the car to run well. After driving one of these cars on race gas and race chip, its really hard to put the car back to street trim without going through withdrawls or being dissapointed. So, why not be on "kill" all the time? With a little research, a lot of questions, and watching a few of my local buddys do alky on their Turbo Regals, I decided to try it out. Only, I didnt want anybody to know it was there.  I wanted to be able to pop the hood and have it look as stock appearing as possible.  The following page is a run through of how I installed the DIY system on my daily driver grey T-type.
LEFT: Yes, that is my mess of parts along with some clothes and other random stuff. Believe it or not I am usually somewhat organized. Some of the things you can see in this picture include the various wire connectors, vacuum lines, wire loom, fuel pump with mounting bracket, hobbs switch with vacuum tee, etc. The list of parts that I used can be purchased at almost any auto parts store, or hardware store, etc.
