MISCELLANEOUS HELPFUL HINTS!!!
1.  Be sure to fill out your Application Form completely and correctly.  Those not filled out properly WILL be returned...thus delaying or denying your Official Acceptance!  See HINT #7 below, for additional information on the importance of correctness.

2.  Sorry, we do not currently accept Credit Cards (Visa, MaterCard, etc.) for payment.
Your payment should be by Check or Money Order.  We will make ONE attempt to contact you in case your check is RETURNED...after that it's turned over to the Prosecuting Attorney for collection.

3.  On-Line Registration is not avaliable at this time, however there is an Application Form on this Web Site.  You may print it out, fill it out and MAIL to the address indicated.  Please DO NOT E-Mail or FAX your Application.

4.  The best and QUICKEST way to get your application to me is via REGULAR MAIL.
I usually check our P.O. Box AFTER business hours so the slowest way to get it to me is any method whereby I have to sign for it.

5.  PLEASE have your instrument in good repair BEFORE you come to camp.
     Woodwind players, bring EXTRA reeds.

6.  Parents, please make arrangements with your child BEFORE camp regarding how and when they should call you.  But please note, most of the Public Pay Phones have been removed from the University campus... Cellular Phones are discouraged, but if brought, should  be left in the dorm room and NOT taken to camp activities...to be lost!!!

7.  Due to facilities and dorm availability... ON-CAMPUS ENROLLMENT will be limited to 750 students PER WEEK.  In view of this enrollment limitation, it is critical that your Application be filled out completely and correctly THE FIRST TIME...if it is returned to you for corrections, you may miss the deadline for a FREE T-SHIRT or worse...the camp may be FULL by the time you get it corrected and returned for processing.  ))))-:

8.  The printed Application Form is TWO PAGES, front & back.  Should your band director give you a
photocopied Application Form, make sure you have
BOTH SIDES.
