SELF-HEALING COURSE
Self-healing Course is very intensive course that requires allot
of your own effort. This effort involves allot of your own self
discoveries. With the self-discoveries, you will begin doing self-healing
with the various exercises and the material presented in the course as
step-by-step process.
There are 3 levels to the course. Each of the 3 level consists of a huge
assignment to assist you in going through self-healing step by step.
Level I:
The first level is about Self Knowledge. This first part covers a wide
area of issues and life situations that occurred in your entire life span.
You will learn to assess you self in this level I. You will learn how to
properly assess, set and analyze your goals of your life. This part helps
in discovering your magnetic self and whether that is acting in negative or
positive at the moment. You will also learn how to make negative changes
into positive ones.
Level II:
The second level is about working with your Inner Child. In other words,
it mean healing your mind that is set in certain ways at the moment. It
means overcoming current hurdles that are acting out as issues in your
life. Another way is by assessing your current perception level to see if
suites your needs or not and then making the necessary changes to fit who you
are of today. In this level, you will learn to " focus on self"
and then "focus inward". You will also learn methods of "parenting
the inner child" and learn to "evolving the inner child" using
the energy exercise methods. Amongst all of this, you will learn how to
make changes by going into the past to effect the present or future state of
various issues in your life.
Level III:
The third level covers the Path of Light. What I mean by that is a way of
Making Choices to create ripple effects in your life now. In this level,
you will learn to change issues that are of the "negative to positive".
You will also learn about your ability to "self love" and "self
worth" as part of your self discoveries and self-healing process. You
will also look at issues of how open you are to receiving things and
appreciating them. Then finally the course will take you to search inside for
" inner peace" and "bringing balance" to various issues in
your life with energy exercises.
