Fast blind sack-closing with the constrictor knot

The procedure shown below for tying the constrictor knot as a
sack-closing knot is suitable for fast blind tying. It was developed
from the method of tying the constrictor knot by first tying a
clove hitch, then wrapping an end over and under the adjacent turn. See

This procedure for the constrictor knot is almost as fast as #1244 from the Ashley Book of Knots (ABOK) tied as shown in "A very good sack-closing knot", but requires more intricate hand movements. Although this knot is the
constrictor knot, and has unmatched binding power, ABOK 1244 has more
than adequate binding power for most sack closing applications.
On balance I prefer ABOK 1244 as my default sack-closing knot. Ashley
calls #1244 "the bag knot".
The following procedure requires exactly one tuck -- the final insertion of the slip-bight.
