| I gave a small donation to this Buddhist temple and received permission to take photographs. The art work in the bottom photo was created by using coloured sand. The monks were mediating as they created this mosaic (unfinished at the time of my visit). When this mosaic is completed, it will be wiped clean and they will start over. It is a simple lesson on not becoming attached to material things. |
