Appearance: Noh certainly looks as though she has some wild cat blood in her. She is larger than most cats, with black-ticked tawny fur sparsely marked with black spots. Her tail is short and whitish with black rings, and her ears are large and sharply pointed. She has a bulky body with short legs.
She can take a human form, but she can only hold it for about an hour at most, then she has to spend some time in her cat-form 'recharging' before she can shift again. As a human, she is rather short but lithe and muscled in build, with dark tanned skin. Her hair is a dark blackish brown, straight and reaches to her shoulders, and her eyes are golden brown with slitted pupils.
Personality: Brash and headstrong, Noh has a frightful temper and it doesn't take much to set her off. She is very single-minded and always has to get her way, and once her mind is made up, it is very hard to get her to change it. She is very affectionate and friendly, though, and once she's made a friend, she's loyal to them for life. Her brash manner tends to scare people away from her, though.
Past: Noh grew up in the wild, living mainly on her own. When she was the equivilent of a pre-teen, she discovered her shape-shifting ability, and after figuring out all its limits, used it to start a new past-time of theft and pick-pocketing. She eventually moved to Star City where, even in her cat form, she didn't stand out enough to draw much attention to herself. She gathered enough money from her exploits to buy a small apartment where she spends her free time, and even made some friends among her neighbors.
It was because of one of these friends that she ended up bonding Shikita. Her neighbor happened to be bonded to a female dragon who was getting ready to have a clutch, and she was one of the people invited to try bonding a hatchling. Shikita picked her out surprisingly quickly.

Personality: It's a lot easier for Shikita to make friends than it is for Noh, and most of the friends Noh has now were introduced through her bond. Shikita is an outgoing and fun-loving dragon who is not shy in the least, and while she has a bit of a temper, she is a lot more patient and level-headed than her bond. She has a love for old classic movies that Noh has come (eventually) to share.
