Torosay castle
is located on the Isle of Mull on the western coast of Scotland.
This
castle is more like a stately home than a fortress. The rooms are
lavishly furnished and have many interesting and humorous notes posted
for visitors. I was impressed by the hunting trophies that
adorned the
walls as well as the records of the game that was caught or killed on
the estate. My mom and wife were impressed with the formal
gardens on
the castle grounds . The views of the sea and nearby Duart castle are impressive.
