200 acres of Land situated at Akwaakwa- Mankrong in the Central Region of Ghana
under cultivation.

| TECHNOLOGY |
| We
plant and produce on Large scale so we use hybrid seeds that yield multiple fruits
and we get them from the agro-chemical shops. We also use standard organic inputs and minimal inorganic
applications such as poultry and
cattle droppings and fertilizers. |
| PRODUCTS |
| The company has a large scale plantation of pineapple, pawpaw and chilles of about 200 acres. These products have a sizeable domestic and foreign market. The strategy is to concentrate half of the farm product son the Ghanaian and West African Markets since we have similar tastes. The other half is to be exported to the European Market where a lot of Ghanaian pineapple and pawpaw exporters send their produce.

| TRAINING
|
The company does not have a training department of its own, hence, the practice is
to employ knowledgeable agricultural labour who learn from their peers whilst on
the job. It is also the policy of
the Company to sponsor two of its staff from different departments annually on
skill, expertise' and human resource improvement courses.
