Bookmarking
If you want to stop in the middle of a page,
simply click the dog-eared image at the beginning of the paragraph -
or the non-underlined text.
That'll shoot you to the top of that paragraph, and
you can bookmark the page by pressing [control-D].
The bookmark'll shoot you right back to that paragraph.
For tables of contents,
the squares alone are bookmarkers,
except for free (non-linked) text in a block
