Please be inform that we are finalizing the graduation ceremony to be held at Taj Palace Hotel in Deira on May 2, 2003. The graduation fee that covers the banqueting and hotel facilities will be Dhs.65
To all group leaders/asst. leaders,
Please facilitate the collection of the said graduation fee to be submitted this coming Thursday/Friday meeting.
To all group members,
We need to pay down payment for hotel booking so kindly please cooperate with your group leader or asst. leader.
Also, we need to confirm how many people will attend, therefore, please inform your group leader/asst. leader if you will not be able to attend the ceremony.

Dear All,
This is to inform you that eventhough we are only four last night we still
proceeded with our meeting.
Wallen have discussed to us the things that
he
have done with our group website.
This are the other things to be done still;
1.For personal identification for individual introduction:

3. Dress Code for the presentation;
Wallen suggested a white Tshirt with the group picture printed

of it. If you like the idea please call us for confirmation.
4. For those who havent submitted their personal website kindly submit

to wallen urgently so that it will be a working link to our group
website.
5. And lastly we will still be having our final meeting tomorrow 3rd of
April 2003 same time at 8 in the evening so that we will know what to
do
during our presentation.
