Cub Scout Pack 149 ~ Boone, Iowa

Welcome to the web page of Cub Scout Pack 149 of Boone, Iowa. We currently have 57 boys registered with our pack along with 14 Den Leaders & Committee Members. We are a strong pack that conducts our monthly pack meetings with awards, advancements, and games full of fun! Our goal is to give every boy a chance to learn everything possible about scouting as we learn and grow with them. Every boy is unique and wonderful and enjoys scouting in their own way. It's nice to see how every boy can come to den meetings or pack meetings with new ideas to share with everyone.

March 12^th: Roundtable Meeting @ Bethesda Lutheran Church in Ames @ 1517 Northwestern Ave @ 7:30 for ALL Den Leaders & Committee Members.

March 14^th: Committee Meeting @ 508 S. Delaware @ 7:00 for ALL Den Leaders & Committee Members.

Upcoming Events for April:

Can recycling Month: Each scout is asked to recycle $5 worth of cans / bottles and take the money to (t.b.a) by the end of the month to receive a recycling patch.

April 20^th: Pinewood Derby @ Franklin School Gym.

All boys, ages 1^st grade through 5^th grade are welcome to join Cub Scouts at any point and time throughout the year. If you have any questions you may contact our CubMaster, Larry Appenzeller @ face@willinet.net If he doesn't know the answers he will direct you in the right direction.
