| Born in the seaside town of Pvoa de Varzim, the former Portuguese international (3 Caps), is now in his second season of his second spell at the club, having previously played here on loan, from Porto, in 1997. However since resigning for Martimo, the hard working midfielder has never reached the level of football which previously saw him earn a transfer to Sporting in 1998 and a lucrative move to the Spanish Primera Liga in 2001 for the Canary Islands' finest, CD Tenerife. |
