Right wing is finally going back together. I used 1/2" plywood for first layer,then 3/4" foam and the top layer will be 1/4" plywood. I put two jack supports in, so I can install four jacks.
This is why the floor is going to be replaced after I get both wings finished.
Instead of replacing the entire floor like Gene did, I opted to replace only the rotten area. You can see the sandwich construction in the floor.
The bath area floor wasn't rotten but it was easier to remove and replace the whole back end.
The driver side was really rotten. I've got the main part of the new floor in but haven't taken any pic's.
Here are some pics of the floor and the wings. I used 3/4 inch PT plywood on the floor. I will use 2 inch plywood strips around the perimeter of my new piece of floor and some strips in the middle for strength. Then I will undercoat it all.
