The idea behind these Joes and Janes is to provide GMs with a quick NPC to drop into an adventure. No space is given to appearance, background or motivation; these are provided by the GM based on the needs of the adventure. Even gender can usually be changed if needed. In a way, these characters could be considered to be partially finished 25-point templates. All are written for GURPS 3rd edition but should be easy to convert to GURPS 4th edition (although point totals may as much as double).
