Classes are taught by experienced martial arts instructors. This class is conducted with: Warm-up Exercises,Kicking & Punching Drills, Specialized Self-defense Techniques, Circuit Training on speed bags, double end bags, and other equipment. As you progress your workout becomes more demanding, and with each new belt rank, you learn more advance self defense techniques.
