"My Life as a Typical(?) College Student"

This is a quick run-down of how a typical Fall or Spring semester day might go for me during the school year.

6:30 am
  • Alarm goes off. Hit snooze three or four times.
  • Turn on radio to 101.5 FM K-Rock and listen to the "Jason and Woody in the Morning" show.
7:30 am Breakfast. Personal favorite: bowl of Quaker Oats' Marshmallow Safari cereal (in a bag) ($1.95 per bag + milk)
8:30-12:30 pm
  • Classes at Kansas State University.Examples for Fall '99 and Spring '00 include Insurance, Managerial and Financial Reporting, Auditing, Business Strategy and Kansas Politics and Government
  • Pick up a copy of the Collegian, KSU's student newspaper.
12:30 PM Lunch. Personal favorite: Lipton Noodles and Sauce in Alfredo flavor ($1.35 per packet+milk+water+butter)
1:30-5:30 pm Work as Member Service Rep at KSU Federal Credit Union
5:30 pm
  • Dinner. Personal favorite: Tuna Helper in Tetrazzini flavor ($2.18 per box + tuna+milk+water+butter)>
  • Watch re-runs of Roseanne on television. (That show makes me chuckle for some reason.)
7:30-10:30 pm (See list below of some of my favorite nighttime activities as there are too many to fit nicely into this table!)
10:30 pm Watch re-runs of Roseanne and The Golden Girls on television.
11:30 pm Bedtime!

These are just a few of the activities I may do on a typical night to fill the 7:30-10:30 and after time slot during my day.
