Goodrich   Lovely castle in  beautiful surroundings on the River Wye
Coity   Near my home town of Bridgend, not much left, but worth a visit if you are in this area.
Crickhowell   Not much left,but worth a visit, situated in the small town of Crickhowell,Powys
Dryslwyn     Hilltop ruins of a native Welsh castle between Carmrthen and Llandeilo.
Kidwelly   Situated in the small town of Kidwelly near Carmarthen
Laugharne    Overlooking the town immortalized by the celebrated poet Dylan Thomas
Llansteffan Near Carmarthen, perched on a hilltop overlooking the picturesque Tywi estuary.
Llawhaden Near Haverfordwest set in the small village of Llawhaden
Manorbier     Close to beach, featured in the T.V adaption of "The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe"
Newcastle Bridgend Castle held by Henry the 11. with well preserved Norman entrance
