Spells From the Movies and Games
Intro:
Ok. These are the spells from the Harry Potter video games and movies. These are ONLY spells that are not already included in the books. I did this entire list of my own accord. I did look at FAQs on www.gamefaqs.com for lists of spells from the games as I don't own all the games. But I gathered them by myself, and believe me, it took FOREVER. As for the movies, I watched them from my personal collection, listing any spells they made up (not from the books). I did not make the spelling up, I was watching it with subtitles on, so the spelling for the incantations are from the original script. Translation: they are correct, so do not email me telling me they aren't. Now,  I know that I am missing spells, so email me any spells I missed at coleyo07@yahoo.com. I will, of course, give you credit. Also, this list was very difficult to make, mainly because many of the spells from the movies, and some from the games, don't have a clear effect. Meaning: I don't know for usre what some of these spells do, so I guessed at many. If you have a new definition of the spell, email me. (Once again, it's coleyo07@yahoo.com
Finally, if you would like to use this list, feel free. BUT, be sure to email me so I know you are. Thank you, and enjoy!
Spells From the Movies:
The 3rd movie obviously hasn't yet come out on DVD and VHS, so forgive me for not having all of them
Alarte Ascendare- It threw the snake from Serpensortia in the second movie into the air. It's possible the spell is suppose to banish the snake, but Lockhart didn't cast one spell properly in the entire movie.

Arania Exumai- Spider repelling spell.

Brackium Emendo- Mends bones- can remove bones if cast improperly.

Cistem Aperio- When cast in COS an orb of light destroyed a box. I'm not sure...

Eat Slugs- I'm not sure if this is the incantation to a spell, or what Ron said before attempting this spell, but Ron said this before casting a curse the makes you vomit slugs. (It backfired thanks to his wand)

Everte Statum- An offensive spell that seems to flips opponents backwards.

Immobulus- Described in the book as "A clever freezing charm".  Froze a group of Cornish Pixies in midair in the movie (and book.)

Lacarnum Inflamarae- A fire spell, used to set Snape's robes aflame (don't ask me what is wrong with the psellfrom the books, Incendio.)

Lumos Maxima- A powerful Lumos spell that only lasts for a moment before fading.

Lumus Solem- An enhanced Lumos light spell. (No, I didn't spell Lumos wrong, that is how it is spelt in the script.)

Oculus Reparo- Different version of Reparo, the repairing charm.

Vera Verto- Transforms animals into water goblets by tapping the animal 3 times with your wand and saying, "Vera Verto."

Vipera Evanesca- Banishes the snake from Serpensortia spell.

Email me if I'm missing any spells from the                  movie at coleyo07@yahoo.com.

Spells From the Video Games:
Avifors- Transforms objects into birds.

Depulso- Does the same thing as Flipendo. Don't know why they changed it.

Draconifors- Animates dragon statues to shoot flames.

Flipendo- The Knockback Jinx. It releases energy from your wand to impact the target (Charged version: Nipendo)

Fumos- As far as I know it simplies boosts abilities.

Glacius- Ice spell. Turns water or misty air into ice.

Informous- Record the information about monsters while fighting them.

Lapifors- Animates rabbit statues.

Locomotor Mortis- Malfoy used this spell in the first game for GBA and made it so Harry couldn't use his legs.

Locomotor Wibbly- Paralyze opponent. (Yes, Stupefy and Petrificus Totalus also work, but w/e)

Lumos Duo- A Lumos spell that directs a beam of light at a specific place.

Mimblewimble- I have yet to figure out what this spell does. It's used in in the COS game for PC. Email me its effect, please!

Mucus Ad Naseum (Adnauseam?)- Known simply as the curse of the bogies

Skurge- Gets rid of ectoplasm
