Explanation :

• Alberts :
  • You throw the club under your leg from behind without lifting the leg
• Treblas:
  • You do the opposite of the above, throw the club from in front around the leg
  
  

Tip : It sometime helps to go onto your heal for a little bit to give some more room / I try to get it around the top of my leg holding only the knob of the club / in treblas stand in front of a wall and see if you can aim the club towards the wall hitting it in order to get that forward motion needed.
