| Fuuma Monou is one of the main character from the manga called X. Fuuma is the only son from the Monuo family, he has a younger sister called Kotori who he loves very much. Fuuma also has a childhood friend named Kamui, once when Kamui and Kotori were playing, Kotori slipped and almost fell off the tree. Fuuma said then if Kamui had devoted his protection to Kotori, that he would protect Kamui at all costs. Now six year later Fuuma hasn't forgotten Kamui or the promise he made, but he is surprised on how much Kamui has changed and doesn't understand why he keeps trying to avoid him and Kotori. Fuuma also seems to care for Kamui very deeply (always having to make body contact in the series, hugging etc) Whichi lead me to believe that Fuuma's feelings for Kamui is more than just brotherly love. Fuuma also happens to be Kamui's twin star., and will choose whatever side Kamui doesn't choose. When this happens, Fuuma totoally changes in personality, going for a caring person to cold-hearted, his favourite past time is toturing Kamui, sometimes getting a little too intimate with him. Fuuma also has the ability to grant the wishes of the people he knows. I find Fuuma a very misunderstood character, some people call him a "cold-hearted bastard", I can see where they would get that from but really I believe that if Kamui hadn't chosen to become a dragon of heaven, that he would of been doing that to everyone too, and it would be Fuuma trying to protect the earth. |
