The Paul Concert:
My own experience from Paul's Back in the U.S. tour

Timeline of concert events:

1. Insist upon standing at the gate 2 hours before the concert begins

2. Meet some interesting people from New Jersey, one of which named Jerry.

3. Interviewed by man with backstage pass and camera.  However, fail to say anything while camera is on and later find out that the man was one of Paul's workers who taped fans because "Paul likes to see his fans". (I will never let myself live that one down)

4. Souvenir stand---did you know a Paul shirt costs 30 bucks??  And the super fab hindu shirts were 80!

5. Usher takes me to my seat....must sit down because I get woozy and cannot stand

6.  Restrooms....see Jerry outside (its really odd to see the same guy twice in a place with like 1000s of people)

7. The concert begins with strange mimes walking down each aisle.  Some look like chinese people, indian/hindu people, magritte people, Louis XIV Sun King, etc.  Very Creepy but also really really cool.  and then.....OMG!!! ITS PAUL!!!

8.  Paul told a really cute story about a chinese lady who gave him a massage (pronounced mass-age by Paul) and sang Yesterday during it.  Paul mimicked her by singing Yesterday in a little lady chinese accent--hilarious!

9.  Paul sang Something as a tribute to George.  I lost it....cried...had to sit down and bawl for a few minutes...terribly sad....but sweet of Paul.

10. The End.  Yes, he sang "the end"...

11.  It was a great concert...the best ever...it even topped the Beatles tribute band that I see every year :)
