Heart Matters Chapter Ten: "I love you." Jeff blurted out, putting his arms around Ginger and pulling her close. "I missed you." She whispered to him. "Daddy!" Aaron came running into the room smiling. He threw his arms around Jeff and Ginger’s legs. "What did you say?" Jeff looked down at Aaron. "You’re my daddy and she’s my mommy." He pointed to Ginger. Jeff and Ginger both fell immediately to Aaron’s eye level. "Who told you that?" Jeff asked the little boy. Aaron put his finger to his lips and made a shushing sound, "It’s a secret." Hank stood in the doorway watching the scene unfold, smiling triumphantly to himself. The End.
