Mammogram Desensitization -- lays out steps for getting mammogram including some built-in desensitization procedures.

Wellness Program -- program was designed for a person who had a lot of somatic complaints and used them to get attention.  The intent is to try to provide ways for the person to be a center of attention in more appropriate ways.

Circle of Support -- Meeting provides a vehicle for developing a more Person-Centered Approach.  The Meeting provides a way to give the person special attention and also work on social skills and ability to take responsibility -- for accomplishments and mistakes!

Challenging Behavior Contingencies -- format for developing reactive interventions based on model: Upsetting Situations --> Upset Behaviors --> Disruptive/Dangerous Behaviors; includes layout for interventions at each level, data collection that provides its own ongoing functional analysis.

Required Counseling -- constructive time-out procedure, individual is required to leave the immediate area and go to a more private place to calm down and discuss concerns.

Investigation Procedure -- consequence for more serious disruptive/dangerous behavior in an attempt to communicate the seriousness of the behavior and that it cannot be tolerated; provides an inconvenience and natural time-out from other hopefully more preferred activities.  (with Required Counseling)

Safety Techniques -- format for including physical interventions as a kind of "planned intervention to be used as necessary to insure safety, references my own Manual on "Crisis Prevention & Intervention"; includes data collection format.

Psychotropic/Behavior Modifying Medications -- an objective and data-based plan designed to advocate for maintenance of medications at the lowest effective dosage, attempts to coordinate behavioral and pharmacological interventions; includes Behavior/Symptom Checklist, Physical Symptom Checklist, Sleep Charts, A-B-C Documentation Form.

Support Options -- (updated 08/20/04) includes a variety of self-monitoring type procedures that the person can choose to use; a Notebook for keeping Forms and/or regular Circle of Support Meetings provide framework for others to provide assistance and support; the Plan is setup to belong to the person and not the Team -- an Approval Page is written in the form of a memo from the person to other supporters requesting their assistance.

Dual Diagnosis BSP -- (added 08/20/04) comprehensive plan for higher fuctioning individual with concommitant significant psychiatric issues.  Includes several supports included in #27 and  and some necessary restrictives including potential use of Safety Techniques, eligibility requirements for vehicular travel and access to personal property.  Like PSPs, this BSP is organized around issues rather than behavior.
