And I must say I was impressed. I had thought it would be a text orientated image to make it easier to draw. But Pauley took the cartoon representation of our band from the flyer and recreated it on the footpath. I was truely surprised, it looked cool, fitted in with our branding, and it was big! Christchurch's city centre is a great place for such advertising as the centre is compact and has good foot traffic. I found it was a really nice personal touch to compliment existing flyers and posters, and it got good comments. The image even prompted Jane Yee from Squeeze TV to say "Oh, I wish I was in a band!"
