my sister Adriana visited me in Toronto for American Thanksgiving holiday last week. She stayed in my room at residence. I got her an air mattress and new sheets and was really looking forward to it. Wow!, she arrived. Sushi dinner on the first night, and the next day, a little bicker once in a while at the Scarbro Centre. but then also laughs and goofy moments together the six days after. the most precious moments were doing laundry together, eating cafeteria cereals with skim milk, lights out at night ( ! ), walking on the streets, grocery shopping (fruits and shampoo!) ... just being together. Last saturday, she flew back to school. Yee Hang, I miss you a lot! Today, i bought the red pears you bought last week. those were so delicious...!
Today, I also have a song to share. This song expresses how I have been feeling lately. I mean, school is not easy. it still takes me a lot of effort to sit down and read 3 pages of text book. proofreading an assignment is boring too, let alone understanding the lecture notes.. but then at the same time, i am very happy to have know the Lord Christ Jesus and experience His love. through little bits and pieces in my ordinary daily life, God has been showing me how much He loves me. and He gave me this song for me to think of the wonderful and beautiful things He has done to my life: |
