Utensils
Ceramic Bowl = Commitment
(We don't just get a Panasonic Fuzzy Logic Rice cooker, but intead, choose to give it time and thoughtfulness.)

Seasoning
Soya Sauce = Joy
(It adds colour and taste to the dish, and to relationships!)
Sugar = Gentleness
(It's subtle; it smoothes the taste, and soothes the heart.)
The powder for softening (don't know what it's called) = Respect
(Somehow, the "name" of it tells it all; respect makes relationship precious.)

Ingredients
Beef = Energy
(Meat gives us protein, as Energy gives the team spirit!)
Rice = Love
(Something that makes one feel satisfied.)
Water (for rice) = The Living Water (where love comes from and sustains.)

Egg = Friendship
(An egg won't be added until all the other ingredients are quite well cooked; friendship thrives when there is respect, especially, and gentleness and joy.)

And Fire = the Passion (which gets everything going!)

At the end, when all is cooked and ready to eat, it's the product of all of these wonderful ingredients mixed together.  That's how I perceive as "co-creation" and "lives touching lives" (you know, like rice sticking to rice, and tasting very good as one whole bite?).

Before all tastes delicious and filling, it does take plenty challenges, commitment, time and thoughtfulness to put everything well together!  That's the beautiful part, called "the process".
