Terms of sale...
Payment: All costumes are to be paid in full prior to shipping. No exceptions will be made. Payments must be in the form of Money Orders or Certified Cashier's Check. Shipping must be included in the final payment.
Returns: A costume may be returned for a full refund provided it is back in my possession no later than 3 days after it's arrival to you. Your item will be mailed to you with a delivery confirmation which will note arrival date. The costume must be in the same condition it was shipped in and have no alterations. No return will be accepted after 3 days. Items lost in the mail will not be my responsibility. I would advise adding insurance to your item. Refund will be made in the form of a money order and will NOT include shipping fees or money order fees.
Layaway: Layaway is available and requires a deposit of 10% of the cost of your item (items under 500.00 require a 50.00 minimum deposit). A payment plan will be arranged, and payments (50.00 minimum payment) will be made on a regular basis each month. Payments will be made no later than the 5th. of each month. Cancellation of the layaway, prior to completion of the payment plan, will result in a refund of any paid monies less the deposit and less the money order fee and postage. Any layaway which is past due more than 30 days will be considered canceled. |
