While viewing these pictures please try and note the visible differences
between the male and female anatomy of a newborn pup.
The males will have a much greater space between the urethra and the
anus. In addition to this they have a rather large obvious bulge that
the females lack (the scrotum). These differences are very apparent
in baby rats from day one.
