We have 2 cozy, well maintained condominium units in Collingwood, Ontario, Canada.

They are both on the upper level (1 level above ground floor), with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and pullout sofa bed, and will sleep 4 very comfortably.

They have a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and propane barbecue on the deck.

Well behaved pets are welcome in 23 Dawson only.

Parking available for 2 vehicles at either unit.

Smoking is not permitted.

The costs for renting these units are as follows:

per night: $110.00

5-7 nights: $550.00

Christmas/New Year's:

$200.00 per night

A damage deposit of $200.00 (cheerfully refunded after inspection) will also be required.
