A long time ago in a land far away, the evil Lord Dredd ruled his castle with an iron hand. His foul temper and quick lash were absolutely . . . dreadful.
Eventually everyone who ran afoul of Lord Dredd came to an untimely--and unpleasant--end.
His long-suffering wife, the Lady Doreen, made the sad mistake of suggesting that Lord Dredd was a tyrant;
she lost her head.
A kitchen serving wench was overheard plotting his demise; she found herself resting in pieces.
A hapless manservant tried to steal a horse and disappear into the night; he disappeared, alright...no one has seen him since.
Some say the Lady Doreen and others still roam the halls of Castle Dredd, pursued by the malevolent spirit of Lord Dredd himself.
