Carmelo
Anthony's moves make one reminiscent of
Bernard
King, Adrian Dantley and Alex English. From the last two
decades he shoulders the load of being the leader on
offense. He is capable of scoring from anywhere from the
court and turn the prospects of team. His has swiftness
and is smooth with the ball. Though he lacks explosive
leaping ability he exhibits great athleticism with a quick
first step which helps him gain separation from his
defender to set-up his drive. Due to his flexible body and
clever moves he has the creativity and vision to make the
plays magnificent. He can shoot from mid-range or behind
the 3-point line. When leading Anthony is an excellent
finisher. The game he played at Oak Hill as a senior
improved his game significantly. He very well uses his
size and strength to back players down and score over them
or draw fouls. Creates well off the dribble with a nice
crossover.
He
feels the game in his blood and has really worked hard to
develop his upper body strength. It seems he has also
started to refine his low post moves also. |
