Description;

Gull River at -0.5 on the gauge.

The video shows the highlights of our last trip to the Gull where we ran it in a borrowed R7 and Dagger Impulse.  This was our first time in the smaller boats, usually we’d run this in our 16 foot Nova Craft Prospectors.  It is arranged to flow from top to bottom – there is lots of stuff that beginners can run after Whitehorse falls that isn’t shown and is meant to give an idea of the highlights.

Clip1 – An unknown kayaker dropping over the first drop after the dam.  They also ran the dam…

Clip 2 – Eran trying to get a surf at Earl’s Hole – had the occasional surf, but mostly just very quick ferries across the hole…

Clip 3 – Eran “the probe” blowing a run of Whitehorse Falls – you don’t want to swim here!

Clip 4 – Shawn watched the probe and runs Whitehorse Falls without a problem.

Clip 5 – Shawn and the Otterslide – you don’t want to swim here either!

Clip 6 – Eran and the lake washout – fun for beginners in the gentle current.
