Welcome All !!
Welcome to our little corner.  After seeing all the pop-up sites out there I thought it was high time I chimed in.
We have a 99 Coleman Utah and 2 young girls that are camping crazy.  We tried the tent thing when the kids were still in diapers and that was not a good thing.
At the time we had a '92 Jeep Cherokee so we wanted something that it would pull.  That eliminated most hard side trailers and we really liked the space the slide out on the Utah affords.  With the addition of a friction sway control and air shocks, the Jeep didn't have a problem pulling it. (We did get a few comments from truckers over the CB prior to the addition of the air shocks.)

We recently replaced the Jeep with a '03 Chevy 1500HD Crew Cab.  This is a major upgrade in comfort and towing.

Some of our favorite places to camp are in Northern California: Fallen Leaf, Lake Siskiyou (off season only), Burney Falls and a couple local lakes that will remain nameless at this time.  See my
Campground review page for my thoughts on some of the places we've been.
Lake Tahoe...This is what we camp for!
