The biggest holiday concert in Houston is coming!  It's the 4th Annual 104 KRBE Jingle Jam presented by Metro and Houston Community College on Thursday, December 5, 2002 at the Compaq Center!

ON SALE DATE

Tickets go on sale Saturday, November 9, 2002 at 10 a.m. at all Ticketmaster outlets, or charge by phone at 713-629-3700 or online at www.ticketmaster.com. 

TICKET PRICES

Ticket prices range from $17.50 to $37.50, plus applicable service charges.  After November 13, 2002 tickets will be available at the Compaq Center Box Office (service charges do not apply at Compaq Center Box Office).

DISCOUNT

Save $5.00 on any ticket with your 104 CARD.  One discount ticket purchase per 104 CARD.

Take Hwy. 59 to Buffalo Speedway exit.  Follow the signs to the parking garage located in Greenway Plaza.

TYPES OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED

Cash only on the day of the event.  In advance: AMEX , VISA, MC, and DSC are accepted.

WILL CALL

Will call may be picked up at the Timmons Street (west side) box office 48 hours after purchase by phone.  Tickets may also be picked up on the night of the event 90 minutes prior to the event at the Edloe St. (east side) box office.  Please allow extra time for pick up of will call on the night of the event.  Everyone must present their credit card and ID.

GENERAL RULES

Any child who has celebrated their second (2nd) birthday is required to have a ticket for admission into the building.  No outside food or drink is allowed into the building.  Also Compaq Center does not allow concealed hand guns into the building.  Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area located under the Main Food Court on the North side of the building (just outside section 108).

ADDED SECURITY MEASURES
* Briefcase-size bags and pocketbooks will be allowed in the Compaq Center, but will be inspected at all entrance gates.
* Large bags, coolers and large backpacks WILL NOT be allowed in Compaq Center.
* Once you have exited, fans are NOT allowed to re-enter the Compaq Center for any reason.
* All vehicles without proper identification must be parked at least 100 feet from the Compaq Center, in arena-controlled parking areas.

CHILDREN RULES

Any child who has celebrated their second (2nd) birthday is required to have a ticket for admission into the building.  Any child who is under 2 is not required to have a ticket as long as they do not occupy as seat.  If the child occupies a seat, then that child is required to have a ticket.
