| The owner and restorer Ron Effingham is a retired engineer, whom has a love for carts and buggies. He has restored a number or them and has won awards for his work and presentation. He is a favourite of the local press in Moonta and has his carts and buggies in all the local parades. His buggies have been used for numberous weddings. |
