| Knowles Island Farm is located near the small town of Ridgeland, SC. We are about 30 miles NW of Hilton Head, SC and 40 miles N of Savannah, Ga. We have been raising and showing our Nubians for about 10 years now. We are striving to improve the breed in the show ring as well as in the milk room. We linear appraised in 2003 and 2004 and were very pleased with our results and will continue to use this valued tool in the future. We also particapate in one day milk test so our "girls" can earn their stars. We maintain a very strict CAE prevention program with all kids raised on pasteurized milk and heat treated colostrum. |
