WE'LL BE ALRIGHT
It's all so confusing Hard to understand It happened so quickly I can't comprehend
One minute you're here Like you're supposed to be But, in the blink of an eye It's only me
I have all these feelings Bottled up inside They scare me a little Because they're so hard to hide
They say it's best To let the feelings go "Get them out in the open" It's not easy though.
Because our girls -For Them I have to be strong And to show thme my tears I know would be wrong
But late at night When the kids are in bed And the dishes are done And the cats' been fed
The worries and fears And loneliness set in The anger and resentment Start to surface again
So here in the dark I let loose the tears And feels the arms of God Draw especially near
He holds me and comforts me And makes me feel safe With Him I can cope In Him I have faith
So honey, don't worry We'll be alright I'll take out the trash And keep the weeds out of sight
The bills will get paid The errands will be run I'll make sure everything You usually do gets done
Just know that we love you And miss you more each day And in our hearts and our minds You're never far away.
