Some Pic's of my
Home built marine Engine.
This is a Stainless steel and Brass scratch buit engine
This is a Stainless steel and Brass marine engine I built from plans I down-loaded. All of the screw sizes were for 'B.A. thread form' on the plans. I converted them to useable U.S. threads and changed some of the dimensions to suit . I will supply a link below for those who would like to build a neat little "wobbler" like this.
Although it may appear to be a cast main frame...      Its actually hard soldered from 5 individually machined pieces of brass.
Most of the materials I used to build this model would have gone to the scrap yard!  The oak  base is piece of pallet wood!
As soon as I have completed the modifications from my working drawings I will be sure to supply a link to them and to the origional plans for anyone wishing to build their own 'wobbler steam engine'
