Dam: Ch. Boutyme's Bare Essence C.D. "Lorien" age 16, Daughter: Ch. Boutyme's Devil Inside "Lucy" age 11, Grandson: Ch. Boutyme's Every Little Step C.D. "Sneakers" age 9, Great Granddaughter: Ch. Boutyme's Gonna Pump You Up "Nike" age 7

Our cockers have fun in the conformation, obedience, and agility rings as well as in the field!   Over the years they have had multiple wins at Specialties, and at all breed shows in Groups and Puppy Groups.  They are also members of a pet visitation group and make superb couch potatoes!!

Although I entered the world of purebred dogs in 1970, the journey with my American Cockers Spaniels began back in 1980 with a sweet buff girl named Poplar Park Dutches C.D. who was my foundation bitch.  Bred only twice she gave me four lovely champions including two group placing bitches, one of whom was a Best in Specialty winner.

Right: One of Boutyme's first champions, Ch. Boutyme's A Tribute To Anwar, finished by going Best Opposite over multiple specials.  Pastel portrait by Jacqueline.

The journey continues with more wins and more champions for me in all shades of buff from the lightest of silvers to a deep copper colour, the rich blacks, and the lovely black & tans.

This website is dedicated to the memory of BISS Ch. Boutyme's Bare Essence C.D. "Lorien" March 20, 1983 - February 29, 2000 "Lord if you ever tire of her please send her home" loriensit.jpg (14247 bytes)

Generations of home raised champions continue to live here and warm the couch, many of whom have won in the group ring, have won at both Canadian and American Summer National Specialty Shows, and have also won in the obedience ring.

Above and Below...... my dogs go back to....

Ch. Kobbytown's Sweet   William, owned and shown by Don Donderwitz, Kobbytown Kennels, Massena, New York

"Thanks to Norma and Don for not only being my mentors and entrusting me with your bloodlines of the past 50 years but for being true friends in every sense of the word."

They also participate in agility and pet visitation, and all of whom are winners of my heart.  Best of all are the puppies who have gone on to win in the hearts and homes of some wonderful folks who have come to me for happy, health American Cocker Spaniels.

I thoroughly enjoy my dogs....I hope you do too!
